Your Job will be packing and labeling orders for a variety of e-commerce stores.
Requirements
You need to be very trustworthy and reliable. Accurate packing and dispatching all orders on time is top priority! You also need to speak either basic English or German.
Hours
Each day your work hours will be from 17:00 to 19:00 local time.

Tasks
You primary task will be answering customer requests by email or on the phone.
Requirements
You will be communicating with our customers and representing one or more of your products, so you need to be fluent in English and/or German (spoken and written). Because you'll work at home, you'll need an adequate computer (just having a tablet is not sufficient).
Hours
Once a day you will be answering customer requests for approximately 1-2 hours. The exact time depends on where you live and where most of the customers of your assigned products are be located.

Database Maintenance
Task
Your primary task will be feeding our databases, checking existing entries and if necessary revising them.
Requirements
You need to be reliable, a good speller (English and/or German) and very accurate to minimise errors when typing out data. Because you'll work at home, you'll need an adequate computer (just having a tablet is not sufficient).
Hours
Your work will be split in separate tasks. To complete a task it will take approximately 1-2 hours. Most of the the time we'll give you 1-2 days per task, so it's entirely up to you when to work on a task, you just have to be done in time.
